Venue Hire
We do weddings
Venue hire may include the following (Negotiable):
- Exclusive use of the tea garden, bar & grassy area for tent.
- Permanent stretch tent & rustic wooden picnic benches to seat 70 people. The tent can’t be moved but the benches can be placed where needed.
- Electrical points throughout the venue.
- A generator in the event of a power outage
- Rustic buffet table (wooden planks on grey drums) ideal for canapés.
- No time limit is imposed on your party.....keep going until you are done.
- Up to 4 days set up beforehand at no extra cost.
- We can store all your things safely too.
- Security guards for cars & tent a/h
- Portable oak bar counter.
NB: The campsite remains open to campers unless full closure of Yellowwood Forest is required. (Please specify.)
Bar Facilities
- Yellowwood forest is a licenced venue.
- We supply ice & will stock special drinks requested.
- On bar prices we give a “10 % discount on a CASH bar and 15% on an OPEN bar”
- Standard corkage fee of R25 00 applies on beverages brought in.

- Remember: perfect weather can't be guaranteed.
- We highly recommend you make use of the services of a wedding planner.
- We provide an incredible venue & are happy to advise about tent and equipment hire.
